We love where we live!
We are in a close-knit residential community within walking distance of our elementary, middle, and high school. We frequently walk to our two local parks to use their community pool and skating rink. One of the parks has concerts all summer long that we love to walk to after dinner to listen to music and grab some refreshing ice cream. The other park we walk to shows outdoor drive in movies during the hot summer nights. We are a quick train ride away from New York City and only a few minutes away from several fantastic beaches.
We enjoy working around the house with projects, gardening, and enjoy making meals in the summer from the fresh basil and tomatoes growing in the garden. We have lived here over 10 years and our neighbors will be so happy for us and will welcome our new addition to our family with open arms!

We have an adorable tortoise named Hercules.
He is about 14 year old at this time and will live to be close to 100! We are in love with him! He has a very funny personality and has taught us so much about life such as how to be patient and that sometimes slow and steady is the right way to be.
Hercules has an inside house and a protected outside house for warm summer days when we are outside to watch him. We recently made him a new outdoor home which he seems very happy in.
